What time can I check in?

Check-in is at 2:00 pm. Should you arrive early, we will happily store your luggage. When your room is ready, we will give you a call.

What time is check out?

Checkout is at 12:00 p.m.

Will I be charged for an early departure?

If your booking is prepaid, nonrefundable – the full stay will still be charged. All other reservations will be charged one night’s room and taxes for early departure.
What if I need to check in late?
You may arrive at your leisure, but feel free call and let us know. *Depending on availability

Can I get a late checkout?

Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need a little extra time, and want a late checkout which is based on availability.

Do you have any handicapped accessible rooms?

No accessible rooms due to the nature of the building.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy as stated during the reservations process.
Α. NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
Full prepayment is required to confirm reservation. If cancelled or modified, 100 % of the total cost will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100 % of the total cost will be charged.
B. FLEXIBLE RATES
Cancellations effected 21 dates or more prior to the arrival date, will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
(Any transfer expenses are paid by the client)
Cancellations effected after the lapse of 21 dates prior to the date of arrival will forfeit the 50% of the total cost.
In case of no-show the total 100% price will be charged.
Cancellations effected during stay, will forfeit the 100% of the total cost for the remaining period.

What happens if I forget to change or cancel my reservation?

Unfortunately, if you fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a minimum of one night’s room charge and tax, billed to the credit card provided during the reservation process.
Cancellation policies vary, so you may also have additional liabilities as agreed to during the reservation confirmation process. Cancellation policies are displayed during the reservation confirmation process and are also listed in the confirmation email you receive upon confirming your reservation.

Is the Pool Bar open all season around?

The pool bar might not be open all season around.

Do you serve breakfast?

Breakfast is served Monday-Sunday from 8:30am – 11:30 am at the Pool Bar. *

Do you serve lunch or dinner?

We do serve several snacks at the pool bar*. There are dozens of incredible restaurants a step away down town Pythagorion within a five minute drive or twenty five-minutes stroll.

Do you provide room service?

We do not provide room service.

Where do I park while staying at the Hotel?

Free-Safe always available Parking on both sides of the road in front of the property, is permitted, with No restrictions.

How far away is Pythagorion?

Pythagorion (Ancient Samos city) 2Km/1,2 miles
Biking the route is 10 minutes, Driving 5 minuteσ and Walking 25-30 minutes leisurely walk possibly less walking on the sidewalks adjacent to main road for quickest route.

How far away is the Airport?

Samos Airport (SMI-ARISTARHOS of Samos) 5.7 km/3.5 miles / 10 minutes drive.
We are on hand round the clock to arrange a hire car or taxi for you to be picked up from the airport, if needed.

Do you have an airport shuttle?

We do not have an airport shuttle service. However, taxi services, and rental cars, are readily available. If you need assistance arranging transportation from or back to the airport, please let us know.

What types of rooms to do have?

We have several different room types, from cozy double bed studios to spacious suites and bungalow. Please visit our accommodations page

Do you offer WiFi?

We offer complimentary WiFi for all of our guests. A password will be provided to you at check-in.

Do you permit smoking in any guest rooms?

All the Apartments are smoke-free. Although smoking is not permitted within The Electra Premium buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.

Do you have Concierge services?

We do not have a Concierge service, but our team is happy to assist you with tour, attraction, and dining information.

Do you have a lift?

We do not have a lift.

Do you have a bar?

We do have a pool-bar on-site.

Is the Apartment pet friendly?

We are a pet friendly. An additional housekeeping charge of €15 per dog per night applies. The price is subject to change without notice.
We do, of course, welcome certified service animals at NO charge.
A fee may be imposed for damage to guest rooms by any pet or service animal.

Is it cheaper to book a room on one of the discounted online travel sites?

Contrary to popular belief, you will usually get the best rate at any hotel by calling the property directly.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash.

Do you have hairdryers in your rooms?

Yes, every room has a hairdryer.
