Your apartment is cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Housekeeping in daily basis except Sunday. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linen is changed on a rotation schedule. Fresh bed linen and soft towels are provided every three days unless asked otherwise. Please contact our staff if you are a “Day Sleeper” or you are staying in the room due to illness.
You are kindly requested to bring your own towels for use on the beach or by the swimming pool.

Rollaway beds and baby cots/cribs are available upon request. Extra charges may apply. Cots/cribs are free for children up to 2 years old. Maximum capacity of baby cot/crib or rollaway is one (1) per room. For safety, pillows are not provided for cots/cribs.

Professional laundry, and clothes-pressing services are available daily and are handled with the utmost care and attention. Express service is also available. Dry cleaning is available daily (except Sunday). Don’t hesitate to contact us in case you need our assistance.

The Electra Premium is a step away from down town Pythagorion within a five minute drive or twenty five-minute stroll, where numerous restaurants and local taverns may be found. Our courteous, helpful and friendly staff can give good advice on the best local eateries. For keen self – caterers there are bakeries, groceries and minimarkets in Pythagorion within five minute by car, and supermarkets on the way to Samos town (3 minute by car) and a Monday – Saturday fruit/veg market in Samos Town (15 minute by car). Each accommodation has the option of dining indoor or on its outdoor dining deck (balcony or terrace).

All in-house guests can access the tennis court at an adjacent complex (just a 2 minute stroll away). The Tennis Court is available for use by appointment at an extra charge.

Trained babysitter is available always upon request. Babysitting is organized and allocated by us on spot, endeavoring to place the same person with your family throughout your stay to maintain consistency.
The cost for babysitting is €15 per hour.

Please note that if a cancelation occurs in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled babysitting session, there will be a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the total amount.
Consequently, in case of cancelling a babysitting booking, we strongly advise to contact us 24 hours prior to the scheduled babysitting session.

Outdoor public parking area is available. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Parking is prohibited on the hotel property. The Electra Premium shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property.

Housekeeping Fee

The dog – friendly room accommodate a maximum of one dog. An additional housekeeping charge of €15 per dog per night applies. The price is subject to change without notice. The hotel will respect the prices of any services already secured and confirmed in writing.
We do, of course, welcome certified service animals at NO charge.
A fee may be imposed for damage to guest rooms by any pet or service animal

These rooms are furnished with a pet food mat, and clean food and water bowls. To make your pooch feel extra special, please enjoy the Doggie Welcome Basket, complete with treats, a few extra pick-up bags, towels, and blankets.

• Bring a sufficient supply of your dog’s favorite brand of food and, if necessary, your dog’s medication(s)
• Keep your pooch’s health records handy
• Plastic bags for cleaning up during walks are a must!
• You may want to pack your pooch’s grooming supplies
• Bring along one or two of your pooch’s favorite toys
• Dogs must remain on a leash when outside of the suite
• Out of respect for our other guests, dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool. Dogs may not be left in your suite without supervision unless crated; please note that crates are not provided
• To ensure the safety of our staff you must contact us to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your room.
• Any disturbances such as barking or meowing must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
• Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after dogs at all times
• Restricted breeds (as outlined by state law) or dogs weight over 6 kgs are not permitted
• At the discretion of management, dog owners may be held liable for any irreparable damage caused to the furniture or flooring in their suite
